Yeonsu lim’s first solo exhibition explores wrapping as both medium and performative process between concealment and revelation, protection and restriction. Through ritualistic performance and sculptural transformation, wrapping alters both material and perception, probing the psychological charge of concealment.

action:
two assistants wrap the object ( copper bioject ).
the action was recorded on video (29’12”) and presented throughout the exhibition in a looped reverse playback,
creating the illusion that the assistants were unwrapping and revealing the original object.

the work establishes a mirrored tension between process and form —
the biobject circulates between concealment and exposure,
between what conducts and what is current.
