Veiled structure: living structure

what if the act of wrapping could transform not just the structure, but the people interacting with it, into living parts of the art itself?

This proposal reinterprets Christo’s iconic wrapping projects in a contemporary context by veiling the bar at Kunsthalle Bern.
The intervention invites visitors to inhabit the work, turning them into sculptural presences while sharing tea and conversation.
Moving beyond the monumental, this piece blurs the lines between public and private, art and daily life, offering a fresh exploration of what it means to wrap.
